Modifications and enhancements PC-3000 Flash version 2.2.
1. Added algorithms
- Analysis method "Translator Type 17" [ChipsBank CBM2091] has been added. Parameter autodetection mode has been implemented. Algorithm autodetection has been added.
- Analysis method has been added for xD Olimpus memory cards. Autodetection of this method has not been implemented yet in this software version. The method is recommended to be used to recover data from xD Olimpus (Type M, M+) memory cards.
2. Changes in algorithms.
- We have improved detection and autodetection of parameters for SM267LT algorithm (it is used in SD memory cards).
- Translator 13 [AU6983,AU6986] has been considerably improved and error in it has been fixed.
3. New possibilities in Interface.
We have added a row of possibilities into "Service information" mode. They help you at task analysis.
"Step" and "Shift" fields allow to control steps of outputting information into the corresponding fileds.
Step - specifies a step of outputting service information. For example, if block size = 1024 and you indicate 1024 value in this field, the service information comlumn will show you service data of the first sector from each block.
Shift - specifies output shift. It can possess the value from 0 up to (Step-1). For example, if you choose Step = 1024 parameter and Shift =0 value, then the first sector of each block will be outputted. If you indicate the Shift field value, for example, as equal to 2, then the contents of sector 3 (according to the shift it is second from the first one) of each block will be ouptutted in the service information field.
This mode is very useful to visually study the service area patterns when you detect the data recovery algorithm.
Display control flags - allows to indicate which byte of service information will be displayed and which one - won't. This possibility is useful to visually study the service information because it allows to remove the bytes which are not important at algorithm analysis. (For example, bytes that refer to ECC area.)
4. Corrected errors.
- We have corrected the reliability indicator error that used to appear at detection of result integration order.
